Since March 2016, Sandy and Scott, the owners of Fairfield Roof & Exterior, have personally been responsible for insurance replacement approval on over 250 roofs in the Triangle, Charlotte, and Winston-Salem regions.

OUR METHODS

The majority of our roof replacements involve insurance claims for storm damage. We provide initial inspections free of charge. If our expert inspection determines that there is sufficient damage, we will walk you through the process of making a claim with your insurance company. We will meet the insurance adjuster to secure approval for replacement of your roof. Once approved, your insurance company will set the pricing for roof replacement based on current market pricing for materials and labor. 

Fairfield Roof & Exterior will replace your roof at the price determined by your insurance company and you will only be responsible for payment of your policy deductible.

While our work is primarily centered in the Triangle, Charlotte, and Winston-Salem areas, our company provides services in all of North Carolina. Our crews have replaced roofs in Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Pittsboro, Fuquay-Varina, the Charlotte metro area, Hickory, Clemmons, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Burlington, Pinehurst/Southern Pines, and Fayetteville.
